Corporate Social Responsibility

We are committed to the ongoing well-being and safety of our employees, partners and communities, in full compliance with Ecuador's social security regulations and labor laws. We actively support the development of our local producers through training programs and organizational policies designed to promote equal opportunities for all.

As part of our corporate culture, we strive to set the standard for other organizations in the sector by implementing innovative, efficient systems that create a positive impact on our communities and the environment.

Educating Our Children

We have both a duty and a commitment to our communities, and we know their success is our success. That’s why we support them through various social responsibility programs. The “Children and Education” initiative is our response to the need to educate new generations. We believe that helping children access better primary education is where we can make the most meaningful and lasting positive impact on our communities. We also provide assistance in cases of natural disasters, where they are the most affected, and collaborate with selected NGOs and foundations on charitable programs.

The hard work and academic commitment of our employees' children are both rewarded and recognized. For the Fundación Nobis and Nobis Holding de Inversiones, education is the most powerful tool we can give future generations to build a better country. This is why "Nobis Educando" is part of our commitment to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal number four: Quality Education for All.
